Scheduling viewings for suitable properties. Accompanying candidates during viewings and providing advice about the properties and neighborhood.
If there is interest in the property, we will submit a rental proposal to the landlord/manager on behalf of the prospective tenant and, if necessary, negotiate the terms of the rental agreement.
Reviewing the lease agreement and ensuring that all terms are clear and in the best interest of our candidate. Assisting with the signing of the lease agreement.
Assisting with the move-in process, such as arranging the key handover. Helping with utilities and other practical matters, if necessary.
